Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to RadheKrishnaWorld (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “RadheKrishnaWorld”).
Thank you for shopping with us for your devotional and spiritual products.

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled for orders placed on our website radhekrishnaworld.com.


1. General Return Policy

We always try to provide you with carefully packed, original and devotional products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions below:

  • Return window: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, freebies, and accessories included.
  • Proof: A valid order number and payment proof may be required.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except in special cases (e.g. damaged/defective items, at our sole discretion).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and practical reasons, some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Tulsi malas, kanthi malas, and other personal wearable spiritual items once used or worn
  • Opened attar / itra / dhoop / agarbatti / oils or any consumable fragrance items
  • Prasad, food items or any perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g. custom prints, name-added items)
  • Digital products (e-books, digital downloads, etc.) once delivered
  • Items purchased during special sales / clearance / “no return” offers, where it is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First

      Provide your Order ID, product name, clear photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval
    • Our team will review your request and inform you if your return is approved or rejected.
    • If approved, we will share the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product Back
    • Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.),
      you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.
    • Please use a reliable courier with tracking and keep proof of shipment.
  4. Inspection
    • After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
    • Once inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be processed to your original method of payment (e.g. UPI, card, net banking, wallet) or as store credit / coupon, depending on your choice and our policy.
  • We will initiate the refund within a reasonable time after verification (usually 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider or bank).

Deductions

In some cases, the following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping charges (if borne by us)
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable and non-refundable as per offer)
  • Any damage or missing components not reported earlier and not due to our error

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account / wallet / card statement again.
  2. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

We take special care while packing and dispatching your devotional products. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product
  • A product with missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos and/or videos showing the issue (outer packaging, product, etc.)

If the claim is verified:

  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, or full/partial refund, depending on product availability and type of damage.
  • In cases where the error is from our side or from the courier (transit damage), we may cover the return shipping or send a new product directly.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items in certain situations, such as:

  • Wrong size (if applicable to the product)
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong product sent

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us with your Order ID and exchange reason.
  2. Once approved, send the original item back to us as per our instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund.


8. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

  • You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will usually provide a full refund.

After Dispatch

  • Once your order is shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
  • In such a case, you may need to follow the return process after receiving the product, where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or high-risk orders

If we cancel your order from our side, you will receive a full refund.


9. Shipping Costs (Return & Exchange)

  • Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.):
    • Customer pays for return shipping.
  • Our-error or courier-damage cases (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.):
    • We may bear or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or send a replacement without requiring return, at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.


10. International Orders (If Applicable)

If you ship internationally:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are usually not refundable by us.
  • Return shipping for international orders can be costly and is usually borne by the customer unless it is clearly our mistake.

11. Purchases from Third-Party Platforms

This Refund and Returns Policy applies only to orders placed on radhekrishnaworld.com (and any official channels we explicitly mention on our site).

If you purchased our products from other marketplaces or shops (e.g. Amazon, local stores, resellers):

  • Their own return and refund policies will apply.
  • Please contact that platform/seller directly for support.
