RadheKrishnaWorld reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, in whole or in part, before dispatch for any legitimate operational, payment, verification, delivery, or other applicable reason.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) not being available for the customer’s delivery address.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable delivery information.
- The delivery address being outside our serviceable area.
- Payment-related issues or payment method availability.
- Product availability or inventory issues.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unusual orders.
- Pricing, product information, or technical errors on the website.
- Courier or logistics limitations.
- Any other circumstances that may prevent us from safely or successfully fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible. If any payment has already been received for the cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
RadheKrishnaWorld reserves the right to make the final decision regarding order acceptance and cancellation before dispatch.
