1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/damaged product received
- Missing items in package
- Proof provided within 48 hours of delivery (unboxing video/photos)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Custom orders
- Opened pooja items
- Products without original packaging
3. Refund Credited
Once approved:
- Refund Credited within 5–7 working days
- COD refunds issued via UPI/bank
4. Replacement
Replacement offered if the item is in stock. All the exchange and replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
